On a warm fall evening under a lighted tent,

Exchange your wedding vows in the presence of your friends and family

At the completion of the ceremony,

you will be introduced as man and wife

After your first dance together our staff will start to mingle with…

Butler Style Hors ‘d oeuvres

Coconut shrimp with grand mariner dipping sauce

Beef and horseradish rolls

Sesame chicken, Thai peanut sauce

Pork and cashew on endive leaf

Teriyaki scallops

Oriental spring rolls, hoisin dipping sauce

Shrimp and lobster cerviche served on miso spoon

Baby lamb chops, rosemary drizzle

And also present the

Interactive stir fry station

Your guests selection of stir-fry…

Shrimp…beef strips...chicken

Peppers…onions…mushrooms

Carrots…bean sprouts…cabbage

Rice…soy…garlic

At the completion of your cocktail hour,

Your guests will be asked to find their seats as

the best man will be asked to toast the newlyweds

our servers will then present the fist course

Penne ala vodka

Approximately forty five minutes later,

Your choice of salad will be served

Salad of fresh garden greens,

shredded carrots, pignoli nuts, goat cheese,

drizzled with raspberry vinaigrette

Followed by your wedding buffet…

Chilean Sea bass…smothered in caramelized onion

Beef Roulade…flank steak, pan seared, sliced,

finished with hearty mushroom sauce

Chicken Marsala…sauteed chicken breast, served with

marsala flavored mushroom sauce

Roasted Potatoes…oven roasted, lightly seasoned 

Sautéed Vegetables…broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower

The evening will be completed with your
